In the Edo Period (1603-1868 ) people did not have baths at home, therefore public bath houses were built to meet the need. At first they were steam baths, then large bathtubs were developed. As people were unclothed and co-mingled without regard for age, gender, or rank, the bath house was an egalitarian place. Our policy is valid for 30 days. If it's been longer than 30 days since the date you purchased your item, we unfortunately can't give you a complete refund or exchange.
